Muscle Testing Explained

Muscle testing (Neuromuscular Biofeedback) tests how the body responds to stimulus through the nervous system, specifically the electric signals sent to the muscles.

It is a passive testing method that provides realtime and accurate findings and immediate measurements of how to best balance a person's biochemistry to support the body in healing.

This technique is used by Applied Kinesiologists and Chiropractors.

At the CHHE we use stimulus from:

Vial samples (vitamins, minerals, bacteria, immune markers, foods)

Light & biophotonic emissions

Organ trigger points (energy circuits used in Traditional Chinese Medicine)

To get one of two reactions from muscles:

1. A weak response (blocked electric signal - muscles no not activate)

2. A strong response (clean, uninterrupted signal - muscles activate and lock at the joint)

Interruptions in signals from the brain to the muscle indicate problems - and therein lies key information about the root cause of someone's health condition.

Through Muscle Testing we find:

✅ Nutritional deficiencies

✅ Bone misalignment

✅ Pathogenic activity
✅ Food sensitivities

✅ Allergies

✅ Blocks in acupuncture system
✅ State of the immune system

✅ Ideal dosing of supplements

Muscle response indicates the physical, chemical and energetic state of the body and we're able to test exactly what the individual requires in order to heal.
