Ginger: Use generously in food and/or as a tea mixed with lemon juice and honey to relieve sore throat and headache.
Lemon: (1) Squeeze juice in warm water and drink, (2) Cut in half, sprinkle pure himalayan crystal salt and black pepper, then suck on it, or (3) make lemonade by mixing lemon juice with water, stevia, and cayenne pepper to relieve sore throat and promote detoxification.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Relieve sore throat by gargling with a mixture of 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water, as needed.
1/2 tsp himalayan crystal salt in 1/2 cup of warm water: Gargle as needed to relieve sore throat.
Turmeric/Curcumin: add black pepper to turmeric/curcumin to significantly increase its potent medicinal properties and use generously in recipes or as tea mixed with warm coconut milk, coconut oil, and honey to relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Organic & Virgin Coconut Oil: use as preferred cooking oil, replace butter in recipes with it, put it in a shake, or eat it on its own to benefit from its potent antimicrobial properties. Also, swish in mouth for 20 minutes as a natural antimicrobial mouth wash.
